What we accept, how you pay, and when your order is confirmed. Every amount on this site is in Hong Kong dollars.
Place your order in our online store. Your bottles are reserved for 15 minutes after order creation. Complete payment within that time; payments already submitted are still checked, so please avoid paying twice.

The payment flow
- 01
Choose your bottles
Add what you want to your bag and open the checkout. Prices are in Hong Kong dollars, and the bag shows the delivery fee and the total before you go any further.

Give us your details
Your name, email, phone, and a Hong Kong delivery address. If you have a discount code, apply it here: the total updates before you place the order.

Choose how to pay
FPS, credit card, WeChat Pay, Alipay, PayMe, UnionPay or Octopus. You pick one at the checkout, before the order is placed, and you can change your mind up to the moment you confirm.

Pay on our provider's page
We save a pending checkout, then take you to our payment provider. Your order is confirmed after payment reaches us. Card and wallet details are entered on their page, never on this site.
- 05
Come straight back
Paying returns you to your own order page, which already shows the payment as received. We email you that link as well, so keep it: it is how you follow the order.
- 06
We dispatch
Your order is confirmed the moment your payment reaches us. Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days after payment confirmation.
Good to know
Your payment is collected by our payment provider for Oxora Care Limited, the company that operates this store.
Delivery within Hong Kong is a flat HK$30, and free on orders of HK$600 or more. Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days after payment confirmation.
Card and wallet details are entered on our payment provider's own page, never on this site. We do not see, handle or store your card number, expiry date or security code.
We email you the link to your order page when you place the order. Keep it: it is how you follow the order. If you lose it, message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and we will send it again.
If we owe you a refund, it is paid in Hong Kong dollars, back to the account or card you paid from. When a refund applies is set out in Shipping & Returns.
